Across everything we operate we aim to be clear about what a product does and what it costs, careful with the information people share with us, and consistent in how we run the business behind it. We describe our products in plain terms, set expectations we can meet, and prefer steady, well-run services over short-lived experiments.
Personal data is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the data protection laws of the countries where our users live. Privacy and security are part of how we design, not something added afterwards.
